    Brush up on your culinary skills or learn new techniques with chef and store owner, Vincent Colombet. Cook Au Vin currently offers "Advanced", "Family", "Couples", and "Singles" classes, or request a "Pastry Making" class with our exceptional pastry chef, Laura Vaughn.

Familly Classes


    French cooking fun for the whole family! Come learn easy and healthy family-style recipes that you'll be able to reproduce at home. Even the youngest of aspiring chefs will gain an excellent introduction to fresh produce and nutrition basics.

    $70 per person for 2 hours of instruction + dinner. Enjoy your collaboratively created meal at the cozy bistro tables in our dining area!
